Rent may be paid in two ways:

Make rent checks payable to “Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta.” If you use a money order, write your name and address on it clearly. Paper rent checks are accepted only by U.S. Postal Mail and only at the following address:

Rent must be paid in ONE installment only.  Multiple tenants on one lease may not pay rent with more than one check, electronic or otherwise.  Partial payments or multiple checks will be returned and late fees assessed.

To make an electronic payment, you may use our electronic payment web page or call 877-390-7368. First-time phone payment users must speak to a live representative Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm eastern standard time. You may initiate each electronic payment yourself or set up automatic monthly payments.
