Each rental listing has a page on this website with photos and Mapquest driving directions. If you would like to see the inside of a rental property, call (404) 284-2589 and ask for a showing appointment or click the “Request A Showing” button above to contact us by email.
Rental Application Process
Each adult who will occupy the property must submit a complete application. Married couples must apply separately: each spouse must make a complete application and pay an application fee.

Download our Rental Application Consent Agreement . Print, sign, and FAX to

Pay an application fee of $50.00 for each adult who will occupy the property. The application fee may be paid online or by check payable to “Andy Ritan & Associates.” The application fee is non-refundable. We cannot process your application until we receive the application fee.

Complete our Online Rental Application. On the“Andy’s Rentals” page, click on the photo of the property you want and then click on the “Online Rental Application” at the top of the page.
For each tenant, we verify the following:
• Credit
• Criminal Background
• Income and Employment
• Rental History

The rental security deposit is due when the lease is signed and is generally equal to one month's rent. |
