I specialize in managing single-family homes in the greater Atlanta area. I participate actively in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). A big satisfaction in my work today is learning industry "best practices" through NARPM and integrating these practices into my business so that I may deliver top services to my owner clients and tenants.
I joined Keller Williams Realty in 2002. Before going into real estate full time, I had careers as a Unitarian minister, a hospital chaplain, a network engineer, and an information technology salesman. During the "dot-com" boom of the late 90's I invested in rental houses instead of tech stocks. I enjoyed real estate investing so much that I went into real estate full time and have never looked back. These days my past work with internet technology comes in very handy. I also bring to real estate a pastoral touch, corporate sales experience, and my experience buying, renovating, and managing my own income property.
When I'm not managing properties or attending closings I like to work in my organic vegetable garden and take care of my honey bees.
